Need for training and updating the existing knowledge and teaching techniques of teachers cannot be overemphasized. Teachers are being sent regularly for workshops / courses being arranged at TRC, SPELT, I.E.D, PACC etc to keep themselves abreast with the latest techniques. Regular weekly lecture/training session are held to improve the quality of teaching. We are very active members of all the teachers training institutions.

Two weeks Summer Training Workshop is a regular feature which all teachers are required to attend. Teacher trainers for various reputed institutions are invited to hold workshops. Our own teachers who attend workshops at these training centres replicate those workshops during summer vacations.
