The Senior Secondary Section consists of class IX, X, XI and XII. For class IX and X the School is affiliated with the Board of Secondary Education, Karachi while for class XI and XII it is affiliated with Board of Intermediate Education Karachi. The senior secondary section is known-among other things for quality of its teaching and for its academic results. CIPS has a very well balanced academic calendar which consists of number of curricular and co-curricular activities. The School has an unmatched conducive learning environment which is completely free from any political or sectarian influence. CIPS offers science group for the grade IX and X. In XI and XII CIPS has Pre-Medical ,Pre-Engineering and Computer Science groups for boys and girls.
